Frozen vials from storage at a federally recognized commercial sperm bank are available at a fee to reimburse me for preparation, medical and storage costs. Shipping fees vary dependent upon destination and method of transport. In Hebrew, the word for life, Chai, has a numerical value of 18. I ask for ten times this amount, US $180 per cryopreserved vial.
